The Well stands firmly committed to showing the love of Christ through practical compassion and community support. In the wake of Hurricane Melissa, many families and communities in Jamaica and other Carribbean islands have faced severe disruption, loss and hardship. We as a church family responded with prayer, unity and action.
We are grateful to share that The Well has contributed financial and practical support to assist both immediate relief efforts and ongoing recovery. Financial Donations and/or resources have been made to the following organisations actively providing help on the ground:
- Convoy of Hope
Providing emergency relief supplies, meals, and support to impacted communities. - BME Forum (Croydon)
Assisting with coordinated community response and aid distribution efforts.
- Bethel United Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic, Jamaica
Supporting local congregations and families affected by the hurricane.
These contributions reflect our mission to serve others with compassion and to stand with those facing hardship both near and far. We continue to pray for all those impacted, and for the rebuilding of homes, livelihoods and communities.
If you would like to contribute to ongoing support efforts, please speak with a member of our leadership team or visit our Giving page.
