JESUS the Christ is the incarnate Word; God manifest in Flesh, the invisible God made visible (John 1:14; Hebrews 1:3). God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself (2 Corinthians 5:19). The Godhead (deity) dwells fully and completely in Jesus Christ (Colossians 1:19; 2:9). He is the Only Begotten Son of God; fully God and fully Man (John 3:16; Isaiah 9:6).
Salvation is the result of God’s grace and cannot be earned by our own merit. God’s grace is accessed through faith in Christ (Eph. 2:8-9). True faith results in acts of loving obedience to God’s call (James 2:26) to repent and be born again of water and Spirit. (Acts 2:37-39; John 3:5)
